It seems these days people want something for nothing and everyone is suing each other rather than taking personal responsibility for themselves. One of the worst abuses of our legal system is personal injury lawyers who have due to these incessant lawsuits driven up the price of insurance for large and small businesses. In fact when you buy something everything costs a little more because of this fact.

Of course what is truly unfortunate is that this has spawned a whole new industry on the Internet with would be and what I believe to be unethical and dishonest entrepreneurs who build websites to attract personal injury lawsuits and then refer these people to lawyers and take a commission for the referrals or pay-per-click ad. I am disgusted by this personally and hope all these types of folks go out of business.

Websites who set up to help lawyers sue businesses are disgusting in my opinion. Business owners work very hard and people who sue them claiming to be injured are generally slip and fall professionals who go around hurting our business community. Although there are some legitimate cases that Personal Injury Lawyers take they are few and far between and the amount of settlements and lawsuit awards are outrageous. And Websites Who Promote them, well they are just little entrepreneurs who have no ethics at all in my opinion. Just like the lawyers out to make money and could care less the damage they cause to our civilization; that is what I think, but who am I?
